Bid Proposal Specialist (Bilingual)

About the role

The Bid Proposal Specialist will support Concentrix’s sales process by creating and delivering high‑quality proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials. This bilingual position coordinates input from multiple teams, ensures alignment with brand standards, and helps win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to RFx and proactive opportunities, creating proposal templates and populating standard content.
• Manage cross‑functional stakeholder input, edit and customize proposals to reflect client branding while maintaining Concentrix identity.
• Develop client presentations and assist with planning and coordination of opportunity‑related site visits.
• Partner with Sales to finalize agendas, notify subject‑matter experts, and manage formatting and iterations of presentation decks.
• Create creative content as needed and maintain proposal resources and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
• Experience coordinating proposal development and managing cross‑functional inputs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
