About the role
The Learning Services Team Leader develops, implements and presents training programs for operations associates, enhancing performance and service quality for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, develop and follow up work plans with the client and assigned team.
- Implement and grade assessments, monitor metrics and quality standards, and create business reviews.
- Conduct observations, provide coaching, and follow up on client SOP requirements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a Learning Team or as a Team Leader.
- Schedule flexibility and availability to work on‑site.
- Leadership competencies, including leading change and managing stakeholders.
Required skills
- English B2 oral and written comprehension.
- Advanced use of Google Apps for Work tools (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail).
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and knowledge of the Kirkpatrick model and adult learning principles.
