About the role

The Mechanical Fleet Maintenance Leader will coordinate and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for a heavy‑transport fleet and specialized equipment, ensuring the required availability, reliability, and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of corrective and preventive maintenance to guarantee optimal asset performance.
• Analyze maintenance performance and cost indicators, producing periodic reports to support decision‑making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage work orders through a maintenance management system, ensuring proper resource use and budget compliance.
• Coordinate human resources, tools, materials, and spare parts for efficient maintenance execution.
• Promote continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduated professional in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, or a related mechanical field.
• Experience managing maintenance for heavy‑transport fleets or specialized industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between operational sites.
• Flexible schedule according to operational needs.
