Logistics Foreman – Construction Site Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead daily construction logistics operations on major projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves coordinating labour, subcontractors and equipment while ensuring safe and efficient material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics activities on the construction site.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Manage material handling and lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and produce daily reports.
• Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and construction drawings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in construction logistics or site operations.
• Proven experience supervising construction site personnel.
• Strong knowledge of material handling and lifting operations.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures and ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
