Retail Sales Advisor – Westfield University Town Center

About the role

As a Retail Sales Advisor at H&M, you will welcome and guide customers through the store, using your fashion knowledge to deliver an excellent shopping experience. You will support customers with product information, assist with garment care, and help maintain a tidy sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and promote the H&M loyalty app.
• Guide shoppers through fashion trends, product stories, and store offerings.
• Handle garment refill, steaming, and presentation to ensure high visual standards.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish merchandise, and keep back‑of‑house areas organized.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and adhere to health & safety guidelines.
