Sales Operations Manager – Operations & Strategy

About the role

As a Sales Operations Manager you will lead a team of Team Leaders or Senior Team Leaders across one or two lines of business, ensuring consistent delivery of key performance indicators and strong operational governance. You will be responsible for driving engagement, performance and development within your team while aligning sales strategies with overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee achievement of sales KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, upsell/cross‑sell, AOV and CAC.
• Drive team performance through data‑driven analysis, forecasting, incentives, gamification and career development paths.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to optimise funnel conversion and maximise revenue growth.
• Conduct pipeline audits and lead‑volume analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Implement performance‑management frameworks using analytics for real‑time coaching.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral.
• Ensure forecasting accuracy for reliable revenue projections and resource planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Operations Manager.
• 2+ years progressive managerial experience in sales or retention environments.
• B2B and B2C experience with proven results.
• Fluent in English (B2+ level) and schedule flexibility.
• Strong decision‑making focus on revenue and sales‑driven outcomes.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler).
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Advanced data‑analytics and sales‑forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to coach teams on objection handling, value‑proposition articulation and closing techniques.
