Senior Solution Architecture Specialist (TCF)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Specialist in Solution Architecture (TCF) to act as an advisor and subject‑matter expert for both new and existing client engagements. The role focuses on analysing client businesses, delivering benchmarks, and crafting concrete recommendations that drive successful partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data on client or prospect strategies.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders across prospect and client organisations.
• Perform quantitative analyses of historical performance and opportunity data.
• Develop presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Present and defend recommendations to stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
• Design internal solutions, pricing models and robust business cases that demonstrate cost‑benefit and value.
• Produce all external‑facing deliverables throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a solution architecture advisor or subject‑matter expert.
• Strong analytical and business‑analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Experience developing business cases, pricing models and partnership proposals.
