About the role
Support the CEO of Viva in a fully remote capacity, handling executive administrative and operational tasks across Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, documentation, and coordinate internal projects.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional experience in any field, with at least one role held for 2+ years.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English (C1 written and spoken).

- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
