Web Operations Specialist – Bilingual German/English

About the role

We are seeking a Web Operations Specialist who is fluent in German and English to ensure the smooth operation, performance, and functionality of our web‑based platforms. You will act as the first line of support for customers facing web‑related issues while collaborating with development and IT teams to resolve technical problems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (German/English) customer support for website navigation, account access, and technical troubleshooting.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and security to guarantee seamless user experiences.
• Assist customers with login problems, payment processing errors, and other web‑based technical concerns.
• Work with developers and IT teams to resolve bugs, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Support content updates, website enhancements, and testing of new features.
• Educate customers on web functionalities, account settings, and digital services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in web operations, customer support, or IT help‑desk preferred.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
