Digital Designer

About the role

Crowley is seeking a Digital Designer to create, develop and optimize digital graphic assets that support employee engagement and external stakeholder communications. The role will serve as the Creative team’s subject‑matter expert for digital design, user experience principles and emerging technologies, including AI.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Digital and IT stakeholders to produce engaging digital content across multiple channels.
• Design and produce digital assets such as social media creatives, email campaigns, SharePoint experiences, landing pages, presentations, multimedia content and UI mockups.
• Ensure all digital creative is optimized for the target audience, platform and communication objective.
• Establish scalable digital standards and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of Crowley’s digital communication platforms.
• Support the organization’s evolving digital needs by building and executing creative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital graphic design and communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business objectives into visual solutions.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and emerging digital technologies.
