Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead Bybit’s finance, accounting, treasury and reporting functions for its operations in El Salvador. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures accurate financial records, regulatory compliance and effective cash management in a fast‑growing crypto‑derivatives environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting and control activities in line with applicable standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports for internal and regulatory use.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cost‑management processes.
• Oversee treasury functions, including liquidity management and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Support regulatory capital, safeguarding and other obligations for VASP and EMI operations.
• Maintain internal controls, financial governance and risk‑management frameworks.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and regulators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA, ACCA or CA preferred.
• At least 6 years of finance, accounting or financial‑management experience in banking, payments, fintech or digital‑asset businesses.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting and internal controls.
• Experience handling audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Must be a citizen and resident of El Salvador, able to work locally full‑time.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
