IT Store Opener Administrator

About the role

Dollarcity is expanding its retail footprint across Latin America and needs an IT Store Opener Administrator to coordinate the deployment of IT services for new store openings. You will ensure that all technology solutions are delivered, installed, and operational according to schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT teams, external vendors, and internal resources involved in store openings.
• Manage the initial implementation of core IT solutions, including data networks, point‑of‑sale systems, mobile devices, and printers.
• Track and communicate deployment progress, aligning actions with relevant areas and suppliers.
• Control and verify inventory of IT components required for each opening and prepare necessary supplies.
• Activate and document services and processes needed for post‑opening operations.
• Ensure compliance with defined IT standards for new stores.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT roles, with a minimum of 2 years in retail store opening projects.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for interaction with teams and documentation.
• Proven project management experience in store deployment environments.
• Ability to coordinate internal areas and external providers, managing priorities effectively.
