Product Operations Associate

About the role

The Travel Product Operations Associate acts as a vital bridge between travel suppliers, connectivity providers, the reservations team and UJV’s information systems. You will ensure that hotel and travel service data are accurately entered, maintained and made available for agents and customers through our booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, verify and manage supplier details, including hotel mark‑ups, commissions, room data and fees.
• Enter and update product information in UJV’s database with strict attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales agents to answer supplier‑related inquiries and resolve booking discrepancies.
• Maintain and refresh content such as itinerary descriptions, general information and terms & conditions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with suppliers and internal teams, addressing system errors or incorrect bookings.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on data, identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Support special projects aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel product setup, travel agency operations or inventory management.
• Degree in Tourism, Business or a related technical field is a plus.
• Highly independent, able to multitask and maintain 100 % data accuracy.

Required skills

• Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre, and CRS/CMS tools.
