Quality Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Coordinator with hands‑on experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. In this role you will ensure that clinical documentation, medical records, and lab results are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Navigate EHR/EMR systems to retrieve and update patient information.
• Interpret lab results and ensure they are correctly recorded.
• Coordinate with medical staff to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and generate quality reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a medical environment such as a doctor’s office or hospital.
• Ability to read and interpret clinical notes, treatment outcomes, and lab results.
• Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.
• Customer‑service mindset with attention to detail.
