Speech Analyst - French Speaker

About the role

Foundever is looking for a dynamic Speech Analyst who is fluent in French and English to join our global CX team. Based in El Salvador, you will lead the delivery of speech‑analytics managed services for our clients, turning raw call data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of speech‑analytics services, ensuring high‑quality insights for clients.
• Configure and maintain the CallMiner platform, including analyst and coach modules.
• Develop and present clear, data‑driven recommendations to client and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BI and reporting teams to refine dashboards and visualisations in Power BI.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping operations and clients leverage data to achieve goals.
• Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Insight and Analytics teams.

Required profile

• Location: El Salvador.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in speech‑analytics and contact‑centre data analysis.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with CallMiner analyst and coach modules.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI for data visualisation.
