Strategic Projects Coordinator – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Projects Coordinator with an architecture or interior‑design background to support executive leadership on strategic, corporate and design initiatives. The role blends project coordination, business development and hands‑on interaction with architectural plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor strategic, corporate and architectural projects from concept to execution.
• Support expansion and business‑development activities, preparing analyses, proposals and executive presentations.
• Review and interpret architectural plans, layouts and technical documentation.
• Assist in planning and developing office, facility and space‑design projects.
• Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage priorities, meetings, follow‑ups and key executive initiatives.
• Represent executive leadership in selected meetings and networking events.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose creative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work directly with executive leadership and travel when required.
• Own vehicle.
