Account Manager – Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, client‑focused Account Manager to become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of U.S. eCommerce and consumer brand clients. You will work remotely with a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer business, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Translate client goals into clear action plans for internal marketing, creative, and operations teams.
• Coordinate deliverables, meet deadlines, and lead regular performance reviews.
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive increased client engagement.
• Proactively resolve client concerns, manage expectations, and monitor account health metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and communication records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent account management or client services experience with U.S.-based companies.
• Experience working with U.S. eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
