AI Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

About the role

The AI Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) will support high‑volume hiring across multiple campaigns and departments, focusing on AI‑related positions. Working on‑site in Antiguo Cuscatlán, you will partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and pre‑qualify candidates for AI roles based on defined job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess background, language skills, expertise and overall fit.
• Coordinate and schedule subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer role‑specific assessments and testing, and manage background checks and reference verification.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process to deliver a positive experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, attrition, job fit and quality‑of‑hire data.
• Escalate technical AI questions to senior team members and support recruitment events.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Attention to detail in candidate management and documentation.
• Basic understanding of AI roles, linguistics, annotation and data‑science concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using technical assessment and recruitment tools.
