Bilingual Front Office Agent (English/Spanish) – Telehealth

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Office Agent to join a growing telehealth nutrition practice. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering a smooth, patient‑centered experience through scheduling, communication, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and approved channels.
• Confirm, remind, schedule, reschedule, and cancel telehealth appointments.
• Match patients with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) based on availability and guidelines.
• Facilitate video/telehealth connections and verify insurance eligibility.
• Check patients in/out, update demographic data, and process payments securely.
• Create and submit visit documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with RDNs, appointment setters, eligibility, back‑office, and supervisors.
• Follow established workflows, identify operational issues, and escalate when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative, medical office, healthcare, or customer service roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
• Professionalism and discretion handling confidential patient information.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
