Bilingual Appointment Setter – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

Our client connects patients with registered dietitians for medical nutrition therapy. They are seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to manage scheduling, onboarding, and front‑office support for virtual consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software.
• Guide patients through onboarding to the virtual consultation platform.
• Verify patient information and support intake processes.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or similar environment.
• Fluent in English (bilingual preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) with specified PST shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with medical scheduling software.
• Experience using telehealth/video consultation platforms.
• Comfort with phone, email, and chat communication tools.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

• Shift options: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST.
