Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for healthcare professionals across Latin America. The role supports U.S.‑based clients, focusing on sourcing, vetting and placing qualified clinicians and Medical Virtual Assistants while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting and placing healthcare talent and Medical Virtual Assistants.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as primary liaison between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, status updates and pipeline metrics in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant healthcare staffing regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM, preferably for U.S. clients.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment independently.
• Direct experience sourcing and placing Medical Virtual Assistants.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage high‑volume requisitions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with modern candidate sourcing tools.

What we offer

• Full‑time contractor role (40 hours/week).
• Hourly rate of $8‑10 USD, based on experience.
• Standard schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑4 PM PST.
