About the role
Digital Solutions El Salvador is expanding its interpreter roster and needs a proactive recruiter to source, screen, and onboard remote talent for medical and legal interpretation services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract interpreter candidates fluent in rare languages.
- Screen candidates for language proficiency, professionalism, and technical readiness.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding pipeline, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Contribute to building a reliable, high‑quality interpreter network.
Required profile
- Proven experience recruiting remote or freelance talent, preferably in interpretation, translation, call‑center, or BPO environments.
- Strong communication and candidate‑screening abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet hiring targets.
