Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive of a US or Canadian startup. The role is fully remote and serves as the right‑hand for the executive, handling both administrative and operational tasks while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
• Streamline internal workflows, produce data analyses and reports, maintain SOPs, documentation and project tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication and support internal teams using collaborative tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written communication.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
• Experience using Slack for team communication.
• Familiarity with Notion for documentation and project management.
• Comfort with AI‑enhanced productivity tools.

• Base salary $1,200 USD per month, up to $1,600 USD total with regular raises every six months.
