Marketing & Onboarding Specialist for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital presence. You will guide new users through account set‑up, train them on social‑media tools, and design eye‑catching marketing assets that boost visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Zoom onboarding sessions for agents and clients, configuring accounts and digital tools.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social‑media profiles.
• Train clients on best practices for real‑estate marketing via social platforms.
• Design marketing collateral (posts, flyers, banners) using Canva.
• Create professional, brand‑aligned email signatures.
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to improve client visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing tactics with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Maintain consistent branding and content across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong Canva and design sense with an eye for branding.
• Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of the real‑estate or short‑term‑rental industry is a plus.
• Able to explain technical tools in a clear, user‑friendly manner.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple onboarding sessions.
