Recruitment Marketing Manager (Remote Contractor)

About the role

WorkBetterNow is looking for a seasoned Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead high‑volume candidate acquisition across Latin America and the Caribbean. This 5‑6 month contract role is fully remote and focuses on building scalable funnels, optimizing paid media, and strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise a recruitment marketing funnel and playbook for high‑volume hiring.
• Evaluate and improve paid advertising performance, including budget allocation, channel mix, and ROI.
• Enhance the employer value proposition and recruitment messaging for LATAM and Caribbean talent.
• Create candidate nurture, retargeting, and re‑engagement campaigns.
• Build dashboards and analytics using attribution modelling, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and cost‑per‑applicant metrics.
• Advise on regional labour‑market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Coach internal teams, document best practices, and transfer knowledge.
• Assess recruitment operations and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
• Proven success managing high‑volume campaigns that generate thousands of applications monthly.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition strategies focused on hiring outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Latin American and Caribbean labour markets.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
