About the role

Our client, a construction firm that builds commercial buildings, houses, and operates a swimming‑pool business, is looking for a part‑time Virtual Assistant. The role is fully remote and focuses on providing administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Manage and clean the client’s email inbox.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar.
Make outbound calls to clients and handle inbound calls via Ring Central.
Communicate with clients through email and phone.

Required profile

Fluent English proficiency.
Comfortable working independently and managing tasks.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, reliable and punctual.

Required skills

Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Builder Trend construction‑management software.
Ring Central telephony platform.

What we offer

20 hours per week, mornings 8:30 AM‑12:30 PM Central Time.
Remote work with flexible payment in USD or local currency.
Potential for role expansion based on performance.
