Program Manager – Software Delivery

About the role

Applaudo is seeking a Program Manager who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can lead complex software delivery initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure projects move smoothly through defined milestones and governance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software delivery across multiple workstreams using stage‑gate or milestone‑based methodologies.
• Secure formal client approvals and sign‑offs before advancing phases.
• Track and manage project dependencies, licensing, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor scope, handle Change Requests, and mitigate risks and client‑related delays.
• Prepare and communicate status reports to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Coordinate communication among Engineering, Product, Delivery, and customer teams to maintain alignment.
• Protect timelines by proactively following up on pending approvals and milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and governance artifacts throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing software delivery projects in Managed Services or similar models.
• Strong background in stage‑gate, milestone‑based, or structured project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; PMP, Scrum Master or similar certifications highly desirable.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery.
