About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze and staff IT business opportunities using its vetted candidate pool. The role bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely placements and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

Assess, select, and present candidates to meet opening deadlines.
Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters.
Maintain and clean open positions to keep them up‑to‑date.
Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
Client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented and business/process focused.
Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
