Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Intermediate (Coordinator)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Intermediate) is the primary operational link for candidate onboarding across North America CX hiring initiatives. Based in Antiguo Cuscatlán, this on‑site role ensures a smooth end‑to‑end onboarding experience while supporting cross‑functional recruitment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding journey, delivering a seamless experience.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation sessions and promote early engagement.
• Conduct employment eligibility audits, verify right‑to‑work documents, and manage E‑Verify submissions.
• Oversee pre‑employment screenings, provide status updates, and assess background results for the Review Committee.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with privacy standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to shorten onboarding timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional recruitment projects, managing resources and timelines.
• Execute administrative tasks and special projects assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or project‑based support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level) – written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and basic data analysis.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Workday.
• Strong project management, coordination, and prioritization abilities.
