Technical Learning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Learning Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and user enablement. In this role you will transform technical and operational insights into meaningful metrics that support product adoption, improve user experiences, and guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Convert technical enablement data into actionable business insights.
• Participate in Support Intelligence Reviews to analyse tickets, FAQs and recurring user issues.
• Identify adoption gaps related to training, product functionality, documentation or processes.
• Monitor adoption rates and KPIs using product usage and support data.
• Build, maintain and enhance dashboards and executive reports measuring adoption and training effectiveness.
• Cross‑reference certification data with support trends to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Executive Adoption Reports and Scorecards for product releases.
• Support the Technical Enablement Lead with reports, metrics and presentation materials.
• Validate alignment between enablement initiatives, support findings and adoption metrics, recommending continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in QA, Data Analytics, Technical Support, Product Operations or similar roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to turn technical findings into business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
