About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support a telehealth practice. The position is fully remote and involves handling administrative tasks as well as conducting client‑facing video consultations. You will work closely with clinicians and support staff to ensure smooth operation of virtual appointments. Training on the required tools and processes will be provided.

Key responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the telehealth team.
Conduct video calls with clients, maintaining a professional and presentable appearance.

Required profile

Experience with HIPAA compliance.
Fluent English at C2 level.
Previous experience using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
Professional demeanor suitable for video interactions.

What we offer

Remote, full‑time opportunity (20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑5 pm PT).
Compensation paid in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
Training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.
