Account Manager – LATAM Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our LATAM clients and internal cross‑functional teams. You will ensure the timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives, maintain strong client relationships, and drive account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated account strategies across media, creative, data, and web development.
• Translate client objectives into actionable paid‑media, SEO, social, and content campaigns.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle from kickoff to performance reporting.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with Business Development.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
• Maintain accurate campaign data in internal systems and oversee budget, billing, and profitability.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, quarterly/annual business reviews, and present strategic roadmaps.
• Flag out‑of‑scope work for change orders and support resource planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing accounts for regional clients.
• Strong client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into detailed digital strategies.
• Experience overseeing budgets, billing accuracy, and profitability.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, market trends, and competitor insights.
