Account Manager - U.S. Collision Account

About the role

We are a multi‑company group that provides technology, media, AI implementation and marketing services across the U.S., Spain and Central America. As the Account Manager for one of the largest collision‑repair groups in the United States, you will be the primary point of contact for the client and coordinate all internal activities that support their business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day relationship with the client, handling calls and internal coordination.
• Run the operating rhythm: weekly reporting, performance reviews, escalations and follow‑through.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs for marketing, data and product teams and ensure delivery.
• Track key metrics such as leads, cost per lead, conversion rates and revenue attribution, and defend the numbers in client calls.
• Identify untapped opportunities for the client and proactively propose solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English – daily calls with U.S. executives.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, project management or agency work.
• Highly organized; nothing is dropped or forgotten.
• Comfortable working with numbers and dashboards.
• Ambitious, young‑minded and ready to grow into a vertical leadership role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) for tracking and reporting.
