Account Strategist - Paid Media (Remote)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency looking for an Account Strategist to work remotely, handling paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. SEO is handled by a separate strategist, so you will focus only on paid media. The role suits candidates based in the USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and decide when to stop a campaign
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• Prepare the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the results on the call
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building, running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English, able to talk to US clients on live calls
• Able to show how you have moved ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
