Account Support Representative (ASR)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Support Representative to provide operational and administrative support for assigned customer accounts. The role involves processing orders, managing Salesforce cases, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately.
• Handle Salesforce cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain SKU, pricing, and customer account information.
• Manage returns, credits, and rebilling processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding ETAs, invoices, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on vendor delays, procurement holds, and pending requests.
• Assist with customer portal setup and maintenance.
• Communicate closely with account teams and internal departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls as required.
• Prepare quotes for end‑user computing equipment and identify upselling opportunities.
• Support additional projects and team initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in order management, logistics, order entry, or customer support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
