Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead regional accounting operations across multiple countries. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate period‑end closings, standardising processes, and supporting strategic decision‑making with reliable financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional accounting operations and multi‑country teams.
• Ensure accurate, timely period‑end closings that meet high quality standards.
• Standardise, optimise, and automate regional accounting processes.
• Maintain compliance with accounting, tax, and internal control standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, audits, and transformation projects.
• Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial support across business areas.
• Manage internal and external audit processes and follow‑up on action plans.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, with 3‑5 years in managerial roles.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country accounting operations, preferably in multinational or SSC environments.
• Strong knowledge of Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes, including period‑end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, provisions, general ledger, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience leading financial transformation projects, ERP implementations (Oracle) or migrations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
• Experience coordinating multicultural and remote teams.
