Activation PDV Supervisor

About the role

The Activation PDV Supervisor ensures flawless execution of activations, promotions and demand‑generation actions across all channels and categories in El Salvador. Working under the BICE methodology, the role combines field leadership with coordination of trade‑marketing strategies at a national level.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the national calendar of point‑of‑sale activations and promotions.
• Supervise mobile teams, promoters and perifonistas to guarantee impeccable commercial execution.
• Track tastings, perifoneos, events and other activities to maximise sell‑out and consumer demand.
• Identify commercial opportunities and propose actions to increase product rotation and improve the shopper experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, agencies and clients to ensure proper implementation of initiatives.
• Manage settlements, travel expenses, fuel, audit documentation and promotional investment control.
• Analyse activation impact using Excel and Power BI, delivering recommendations to boost commercial results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in FMCG, supervising promoters, activations or field staff.
• Strong knowledge of sell‑in, sell‑out, demand generation, merchandising and point‑of‑sale execution.
• Result‑oriented, urgent, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
• Highly organised with the ability to balance field work and administrative/audit requirements.
• Willingness to travel frequently across El Salvador and adapt hours to activation needs.
