Affiliate Coordinator – Network Development Specialist

About the role

The Affiliate Coordinator – Network Development Specialist supports the growth and health of AppDirect’s PartnerStack Network. This junior, internally‑facing role focuses on sourcing, vetting and matching affiliates with vendor opportunities, while building the taxonomy and processes that keep the network scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Source and outreach to prospective affiliates across relevant verticals to expand the network.
• Conduct initial vetting of inbound and outbound partner applications against fit criteria.
• Maintain outreach cadence and track the partner pipeline from contact through onboarding.
• Review partner profiles and proactively identify suitable vendor opportunities.
• Assist vendor onboarding by shortlisting high‑potential partners for new programs.
• Develop and maintain a structured taxonomy for categorizing partners (vertical, audience size, performance tier, etc.).
• Build repeatable processes and lightweight tools to keep partner data organized and up‑to‑date.
• Support the Network Manager with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and internal reporting on recruitment and pipeline.

Required profile

• Prior experience in business development, recruiting, partnerships or affiliate‑marketing‑adjacent roles (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational instincts and ability to create structure and processes from scratch.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and early‑stage relationship building.
• Detail‑oriented with experience tracking and categorizing data at scale.
• Curious and analytical mindset focused on identifying patterns of partner success.
• Excellent written communication skills for partner outreach and internal documentation.
