About the role
This position involves direct telephone contact with customers to arrange service installations, relocations, or support. The role also supports internal and external technicians by providing daily work schedules and assists the collections department.
Key responsibilities
- Call customers to coordinate installation, relocation, or service support.
- Prepare and distribute work agendas for internal and external technicians.
- Provide assistance to the collections department as needed.
- Work rotating day and night shifts on a full‑time basis.
- Perform all duties onsite in Santa Tecla.
Required profile
- Intermediate proficiency with office software.
- Strong handling of Microsoft Office packages.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally.
- Residence in Santa Tecla or nearby areas.
- Flexible availability for rotating schedules, including night and day shifts.
- Desirable experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
