About the role

The Operational Support Agent will assist the regional team in managing data, fleet, and inventory processes for vulnerable children programs. This position ensures accurate information entry, timely delivery of resources, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enter participation and monitoring data of registered children into the Horizon system.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services (GNs) to registered children according to sponsorship standards.
• Manage the assigned fleet, coordinating maintenance and compliance with organizational policies.
• Record fleet processes in the system together with the Zone Assistant and Field Directors.
• Control fixed‑asset inventory in close coordination with the Fixed‑Asset Administrator.
• Oversee the registration and safeguarding of goods and resources delivered to beneficiaries.
• Support the zone administrative assistant with strategic processes such as purchase planning and annual budgeting, after coordination with the zone coordinator.

Required profile

• Local applicant with knowledge of regional operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Horizon data‑entry system.
