AI Developer

About the role

RSM is seeking an AI Developer to join its professional services team in San Salvador. You will work on designing, developing, and enhancing applications that support enterprise clients, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into detailed application designs and configurations.
• Develop and enhance internally built applications and configure COTS platforms using appropriate technologies.
• Lead development tasks across full lifecycle phases including testing, deployment, and post‑release support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application defects and performance issues.
• Review and provide feedback on the work of junior developers.
• Recommend improvements to development standards, tools, and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of progressive application development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrating with upstream/downstream systems.
