Analista Automatizador

About the role

We are looking for an Automation Analyst who will define and implement test automation practices to ensure software quality, reduce operational risk and technical debt. The role works closely with development and business teams to embed automated testing throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites covering integration, functional, regression and smoke testing.
• Analyze user stories and translate requirements into automated test scenarios.
• Generate metrics, dashboards and automated reports on test execution and coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and end‑users to troubleshoot failures and improve test reliability.
• Maintain test frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with users and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Gradle, Maven).
• Solid background in Java‑based testing tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Serenity BDD and Appium.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards for test planning and tracking.
• Desirable knowledge of mobile testing platforms like Kobiton.
