Analista Contable – Advanced English

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst with advanced English proficiency to join our finance team in San Salvador. The role focuses on complex, high‑volume account reconciliations, risk identification, and the development of robust processes to ensure data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex account reconciliations and high‑volume transaction matching.
• Identify risk areas, design and implement mitigation processes, and improve data precision.
• Execute period‑end closing tasks, including accruals and calendar preparation to support accurate financial results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain timely, accurate financial records.
• Drive variance analysis and produce ad‑hoc financial and management reports as needed.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and reach consensus on effective solutions.
• Support departmental objectives, service level agreements, and provide backup coverage when required.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken English (minimum 85%).
• Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and excellent time organization.

Required skills

• Experience with SOX controls.
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles.
