About the role
Stefanini is seeking an Accounting Analyst to oversee the application of payments and adjustments in client current accounts, ensure compliance with audit requirements, and support both internal and external customers. The role involves analyzing the impact of accounting activities on the company’s results and maintaining accurate bank reconciliations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure correct application of client payments.
- Apply accurate adjustments to client accounts.
- Deliver required documentation for external, internal, and SOX audits.
- Maintain acceptable aging levels in bank reconciliations.
- Resolve client complaints and identify root causes.
- Provide support to internal and external customers.
- Manage various collection processes within the operation.
- Apply adjustments across different billing systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience as a Accounting Analyst or Accounts Receivable Analyst.
- Intermediate level of English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Oracle and SAP.
