Analista de Ingresos Contable / Facturación

About the role

The Revenue Accounting and Billing Analyst will ensure accurate recording, control and follow‑up of CAMARASAL's income, handling invoice issuance, payment application, bank reconciliations and compliance with accounting and tax procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Record and control revenues generated by CAMARASAL's services and activities.
• Verify issuance of fiscal documents and ensure completeness of related documentation.
• Track accounts receivable, pending payments and apply customer payments.
• Perform bank and revenue reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies between invoicing, payments and accounting records.
• Prepare revenue, invoicing and receivables reports for relevant areas.
• Support preparation of tax filings and fiscal reports.
• Maintain physical and digital filing of invoices, receipts and accounting documents.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and other tasks required by management.

Required profile

• Student in 4th/5th year, graduate or holder of a degree in Public Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, revenue or accounts‑receivable functions.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting or invoicing software.
• Bank reconciliation and revenue control.
• Knowledge of Salvadoran tax regulations and fiscal documents.
