Analista de Soporte IT

About the role

The IT Support Analyst ensures operational continuity of the company's technology infrastructure, computer equipment and communication systems, while actively participating in analysis, design and continuous improvement of information systems under strict security and integrated management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, updates and preventive/corrective maintenance of computers, IT assets, IP telephony, mobile lines, printers, PDA devices and graphic arts equipment (Macintosh).
• Identify and troubleshoot errors in information systems, analyze requirements and develop enhancements to support business units.
• Manage technical support tickets, record and follow up work orders, and train users on new software and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, internal regulations and the integrated management system, evaluate safety and quality risks before changes, report unsafe conditions, and exercise authority to halt operations that could jeopardize the system.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related fields.
• Previous experience in hardware/software technical support and networking.
• Intermediate English (desired) and basic knowledge of information systems development.
• Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and ISO‑based management systems.
• Proactive attitude, continuous‑improvement focus and strong customer service orientation.
