Analista SSC de Cuentas por Pagar

About the role

Tigo is looking for a motivated SSC Accounts Payable Analyst to join its back‑office team in El Salvador. The analyst will ensure the smooth execution of AP processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and guarantee compliance with global SOPs and SOX controls.

Key responsibilities

• Execute invoice correction requests, perform root‑cause analysis and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Support the design and implementation of new AP processes and projects.
• Identify, document and hand over process‑improvement opportunities to the Finance Transformation team.
• Review AP auxiliary module reconciliations against GL balances, monitor aging and investigate variances.
• Perform supplier reconciliations, track outstanding items and conduct semi‑annual SOX TOP‑20 controls.
• Assist in documenting automation and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid accounting knowledge and relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.
