About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking App Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance for our mobile and web applications. You will help users resolve issues, navigate features, and optimize their experience while ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via chat, email, and phone for app‑related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot login problems, app crashes, and functionality errors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in app support, technical support, or customer service is preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
