About the role

The Transformation Architect will design and implement innovative solutions that drive the digital evolution of our organization. Leveraging data analysis, current systems, and processes, you will identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and propose comprehensive transformation solutions for key organizational processes aligned with business strategy.
• Analyze existing data, systems, and processes to uncover optimization and innovation opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, managing multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and value generation.
• Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of transformation, innovation, and customer focus.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Post‑graduate studies or Master’s in Digital Transformation, Innovation, Data Analytics or similar is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector with proven leadership of multidisciplinary business‑technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking products, regulations and banking models.

Required skills

• Architecture frameworks: TOGAF, microservices, API‑based architecture, End‑to‑End architecture.
• Cloud computing and system integration.
• Data analytics: data modeling, SQL, Power BI, Machine Learning, AI, data‑driven decision making, use‑case definition.
• Process and digital transformation: BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Process Automation, Design Thinking.
• Project management methodologies: traditional, Agile, Waterfall.
