About the role

Golán is looking for a Field Sales Advisor to promote electronic security services (alarms and GPS tracking) directly to homes and businesses. The position is 80% field work, with a brief start‑of‑day meeting at the central office.

Key responsibilities

• Attend the central office at 08:00 AM for attendance marking and a strategic briefing.
• Visit the assigned territory to prospect, advise and sell security solutions.
• Identify optimal locations for cameras and alarms during on‑site consultations.
• Close contracts, follow up with clients and ensure customer loyalty.
• Report daily results and plan the next day’s route.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Minimum 1 year of field sales or cold‑prospecting experience (door‑to‑door, pre‑sale, services).
• Own motorbike or car for daily travel.
• Completed high‑school education (Diversificado); university support is offered.
